2. Can I change or edit the web pages for the App myself?
Yes, you can. The player functionalities link to web pages hosted on your Server, and that of course can be edit by you anytime. Of course you may publish content such as email, telephone numbers and external links. Besides the player development we provide you, free of charge, a webkit for iphone-optimized HTML templates, which allows you to design the content according the iPhone design guidelines. Just upload the pages to your website server and fill them with your customized content. Of course you may use PHP or any other programming language to create dynamic content.
3. The Pro Player has a lot of functionalities, can i choose which buttons to use?
Yes. The pro player contains the following button alternatives for content pages:

You can freely choose among the above mentioned functionalities, the only fixed button is the stream selector.
There is place for 6 buttons altogether in the main screen; if you choose more than 6 functionalities , you will have 5 on the main screen, and the sixth on the right will be the "Right Arrow" button, which allows the user to scroll to the other available features.
4. Which stream formats does the player support?
We support MP3 and AAC+ stream formats.
For a good customer experience with EDGE, WLAN and 3G, we recommend you to have your stream bandwith no larger than 64kbit/s.
We particularly recommend this having already had cases (due to network operators) where Apple Inc. did not accept high stream bandwidth and did not approve the app.
5. If I want to add more streams to my player, what do I need to do?
If you purchase the Pro or Multi Classic player, you can add streams at any time.
Just submit more logos and streams to the app in our admin dashboard.
We will then modify your app and submit it to Apple App store.
We charge a flat fee of 150 USD for each update.

7. How much does the iPhone radio application cost?
The price for a branded player - including the submission to the iTunes App Store – begins at just $499 (Single Classic Player). Please check our pricelist for detailed information about the editions and features.
8. How can I make money with my iPhone Radio application?
There are two ways you can make money with your Radio App, either sell the app or monetize it with advertising.
1. Sell your App in the App store world-wide, and you define the price.
You can sell the app in the iTunes Store and define the price yourself. You get 70% of the sales revenue that Apple pays us. You can define the countries where you want to sell the app, and also define the price for the app.
2. Enable the app with advertising. Our adplace.com ad network will sell the ads for you. You get 60% of the net revenue. If you select the ad-model for your app, we will automatically start selling your ads. The effective CPMs vary per country, we will always try to optimize the income for you (and for us).
9. How do I get statistics about the number of downloaded players?
In the standard configuration, we provide you a be-weekly reporting, you can download the .csv file from your dashboard.
10. Do I Need an Apple developer account?
No, you do not need to get an Apple Inc. developer account, and you also do not need any external developer, our service includes all the cooperation with apple and we take care for all the related operations. We publish your app for you.
11. How long does it take to get my App on the App store?
We guarantee that your app will be submitted to Apple store for review within 1 week. After that, normally the Apple Inc. approval process takes about one week, so you can be live within 2-3 weeks!
12. Can the user directly link to my app from my web site or emails?
Yes! You can place a link on the main page of your website. One click takes the iPhone owner directly to your app. A couple of clicks and they can stream your station on their iPhone.

14. Are there running costs?
No, there are no running costs for this service. We only charge the nonrecurring costs for the development and the submission of the app to Apple Inc. according to our Pricelist. Please see also item no.1 and no.16.
15. Is there a minimum term for this service and how do I cancel?
No, there is no minimum term. Liquid Air Lab offers an excellent service and customer support. However, if you are unhappy with the service for any reason you can cancel anytime. If you wish to cancel simply send an email and include your account name and the reason why you want to cancel, and we will proceed to deactivate the service within 4 weeks.
16. Could Apple Inc. possibly reject my App?
If Apple Inc. rejects your App we will work with you and them to do whatever necessary to get it approved. However, it is very unlikely that Apple Inc. will reject your App, unless it has offensive content (nudity, etc.)
17. If I have to resubmit an update to Apple Inc., is there a cost?
Yes, we charge $150 to cover our time to resubmit your App to Apple. The first submission (upon signing up) is included in the price.
18. Can Liquid Air Lab help me with the graphics?
We offer you assitance by creating wallpaper and logo images for a small fee. Please contact us for details.
19. What parts of the App can I update without having to resubmit to Apple Inc.?
The content linked to the player buttons is completely under your control and hosted by you. We provide you the free iPhone-optimized templates which content you can change and update anytime. Your streams are of course completely under your responsibility.

We can customize the player according to your special request, we just need first to discuss with you the extra programming and development fees that that may generate.
